These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk70 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk70 online gambling and entertainment platform accessible at pk70.cam ("the Site").

By creating an account, accessing the Site, depositing funds, accepting any bonus or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Site and close your account.

pk70 operates as an online gambling information and entertainment platform. It does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim endorsement, approval or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction before participating in any gambling activity.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on pk70 for the purpose of accessing Platform services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, matched deposit offer, cashback, referral reward or other incentive issued by pk70 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of real funds by a User into their Account via any payment method available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform before a User may transact or withdraw funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, suspended or unlawful, as determined by the Platform at its sole discretion.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game played on the Platform using real or bonus funds.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance to an external payment method approved by the Platform.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players across all game sessions, as published by the relevant game provider.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Access to pk70 and the right to create an Account are subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be met and maintained continuously throughout the period of Account operation:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the conditions of the Platform's operating licence, whichever is greater. pk70 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy in respect of underage gambling. Age verification documentation will be requested during the KYC process and must be provided before deposits, wagers or withdrawals are permitted.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating or attempting to create duplicate, multiple or linked Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not access or use pk70 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering and using the Platform. pk70 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate Accounts from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.

3.4 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity, and that no court, authority or guardian has restricted your legal ability to contract.

To access the full functionality of pk70, you must complete the registration process accurately, truthfully and in full. The following obligations apply:

• All registration details — including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact information — must be accurate and kept current at all times.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. pk70 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your login details.
• You must notify pk70 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials are compromised.
• pk70 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at any time without providing reasons, subject to returning any legitimate Account Balance held at the time of closure.
• Accounts may not be transferred to, sold to, or operated by any third party under any circumstances.

pk70 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with the requirements of its operating licence and applicable international standards. The following provisions apply:

5.1 Verification Documents

You may be required to provide one or more of the following before your Account is fully verified, and before withdrawals are processed:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g. National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by AML procedures

5.2 Verification Timing

Verification may be requested at any point, including at the time of registration, prior to first withdrawal, or following an account review. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by pk70 may result in Account suspension or closure.

5.3 Data Use

All personal data submitted as part of KYC verification is processed in accordance with pk70's Privacy Policy. Documents are retained only for the period required by applicable law and the Platform's operating licence.

All financial transactions on pk70 are subject to the following terms. Users are advised to check the live cashier for current availability, minimum and maximum limits, processing times and applicable fees before initiating any transaction.

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may include digital wallets and bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users; however, pk70 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment provider at any given time, and does not claim that any referenced payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.
• All deposits must originate from accounts or payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier. pk70 reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.
• pk70 does not accept deposits made from the proceeds of illegal activity. Any funds identified as having an unlawful source will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities as required.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed following successful Account verification (KYC). Unverified Accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible, as a standard AML measure.
• Processing times vary by payment method. pk70 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements of the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
• pk70 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, and may request additional verification documentation at its sole discretion.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on pk70 are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Account holders only. pk70 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on Account history, jurisdiction or promotional criteria at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per-promotion and expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).
• Contributions towards wagering requirements may vary by game type. Sports bets, live casino games and standard slots may each contribute at different percentage rates. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus funds or associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered before the stated expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• pk70 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has already been credited, the bonus will remain valid for any period already specified in its terms.
• Multiple accounts or abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to collusion, matched betting in violation of terms, or exploiting system errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent Account closure.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on pk70. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Users are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming any wager. pk70 is not liable for errors made by the User at the point of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and market and are displayed at the point of wagering. pk70 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error that interrupts a game or bet, pk70 will endeavour to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable game provider rules. In cases of irresolvable ambiguity, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds and pricing offered on sports markets may change between the time of bet placement and settlement. Where a bet is placed at a particular price and odds subsequently move, the original accepted price applies unless otherwise stated.

8.2 Cricket, PSL & Live Sports Markets

pk70 offers sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and other domestic and international sporting events. The following additional terms apply to live sports markets:

• In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. pk70 reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any in-play market at any time.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or replayed, settlement rules will follow the specific sport's published rules as displayed in the relevant section of the Platform.
• Live streaming data, scores and statistics are provided for informational purposes only. pk70 does not guarantee their accuracy and will not be liable for betting decisions based on third-party data inaccuracies.

8.3 Casino & Live Casino Games

• All casino games on pk70 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from third-party game providers. RTP percentages are disclosed in-game and represent theoretical long-term return rates.
• Live casino games are operated in real time and are subject to the rules of the physical game as managed by the live dealer. Any dispute regarding live game conduct must be raised with support within 24 hours of the session ending.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk70. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be subject to legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any other point
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Opening multiple Accounts or allowing a third party to operate an Account on your behalf
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping or match-fixing in relation to any game or event offered on the Platform
• Depositing funds known to be derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or pricing anomalies — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be forfeited
• Conducting coordinated bonus abuse including through the use of multiple Accounts or the sharing of payment details across Accounts
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure or the experience of other users

pk70 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible-gambling tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in your Account settings. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week or month. Once a limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at set intervals to notify you of the duration of your gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion via Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is implemented immediately and prevents all further access to the Account.

All content on pk70, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of pk70 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of pk70.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk70 expressly excludes all representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranty as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

pk70 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill
• Interruption of service or system unavailability
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, data feeds or game results
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of third-party service providers
• Any other matter relating to your use of the Platform

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by pk70's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account and to withhold or forfeit any Balance associated with that Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms
• pk70 is required to do so by applicable law, court order or regulatory directive
• The Account is implicated in fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• The User provides false or misleading information at any point
• The Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon valid closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned via the User's registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk70 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the courts or arbitration body of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may independently govern certain aspects of your engagement with online gambling platforms. This is not legal advice.

pk70 reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, via a prominent notice on the Site or by email to your registered address — prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account immediately.
