Responsible Gambling

Gambling at pk70 should be enjoyable entertainment — never a source of financial stress or anxiety. This page sets out the tools, policies and support resources available to every player. Read it carefully. Share it with anyone you feel may need it.

18+ ONLY — OR THE HIGHER MINIMUM REQUIRED BY THE OPERATOR / LICENCE JURISDICTION

Gambling is Entertainment. It Must Stay That Way.

pk70 is an online gambling information and entertainment platform. We take responsible gambling seriously — not as a regulatory box to tick, but as a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of every player who uses this platform, from Karachi to Peshawar.

The reality is straightforward: most people who gamble do so for fun. They enjoy the thrill of a cricket match bet, the suspense of a live casino hand, or the excitement of spinning through a slot during a PSL evening. For them, gambling is one leisure activity among many, and it stays in its lane. They set a budget, stick to it and walk away when the session ends — win or lose.

But a smaller number of people experience real harm. Gambling stops being fun and starts affecting their finances, their relationships and their mental health. pk70 exists to give those players — and anyone heading in that direction — the tools, the information and the off-ramps they need, clearly presented and easy to access.

No gambling platform can or should promise winnings. No responsible gambling framework can eliminate all risk for all players. What we can do — and what we commit to doing — is make sure every player on pk70 has every tool available to keep their gambling in check.

Gambling is Not a Way to Make Money

All gambling products — sports betting, casino games, live casino — carry a built-in house edge. Over time, the odds favour the operator. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Never use gambling to recover debts, pay bills or solve financial problems. If you are doing so, please contact [email protected] or reach out to a responsible gambling support organisation immediately.

Legal Notice for Pakistani Users

The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes significant restrictions on gambling in Pakistan. pk70 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim authorisation from any Pakistani government body, financial institution or payment provider. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. This page does not constitute legal advice.

Tools Available to Every pk70 Player

These tools are built into your pk70 Account and available from the moment you register. You do not need to be in crisis to use them. Setting limits before you start playing is the most effective responsible gambling practice of all.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your Account over a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect — there is no instant increase.

Available Now
Loss Limits

Set a ceiling on the total amount you can lose in a given period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your loss limit is hit, further wagering is automatically suspended for the remainder of the limit period. This is one of the most direct tools for keeping gambling within a predefined budget.

Available Now
Wager / Stake Limits

Cap the maximum stake you can place on a single bet or game round. Stake limits are particularly useful for players who find themselves chasing losses with escalating bet sizes — a common and well-documented pattern in problem gambling behaviour.

Available Now
Session Time Reminders

Configure reality-check notifications at intervals of your choosing — every 30 minutes, 60 minutes or any custom period. When the alert fires, you will see how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered. You can continue or stop. The alert is a nudge, not a lock — but awareness alone makes a meaningful difference.

Configurable
Cooling-Off Period

Request a temporary break from gambling — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom period. During a cooling-off period your Account is suspended for betting and deposits. You retain access to view your Account history. The cooling-off period cannot be shortened once set.

On Request
Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a permanent or long-term account closure for players who feel they need a complete break from gambling. Options include 6-month, 12-month and indefinite self-exclusion. Exclusions are applied immediately upon request via Account settings or by emailing [email protected]. They cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

Immediate Effect

How to access these tools: Log in to your pk70 Account → navigate to Account Settings → select "Responsible Gambling". All tools are available there. If you experience difficulty accessing any tool or if you require immediate self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected] — 24/7, English and Urdu.

Adults Only — No Exceptions

pk70 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. The minimum age to register and play is 18 years — or the higher minimum required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the conditions of the Platform's operating licence, whichever is the greater.

Age verification is mandatory before any deposit is accepted or any wager is placed. This is not a formality — it is a core player protection measure. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration or verification is a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Adults in the same household as minors are responsible for ensuring that children and young people cannot access gambling platforms, including pk70. Practical steps include keeping your login credentials private, logging out after every session, and using device parental controls where available.

Note for Pakistani users: Local law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional restrictions beyond age alone. Meeting the 18+ age threshold does not in itself make gambling lawful in Pakistan. This is not legal advice; please understand applicable law before participating.

The Age Verification Process

01
Registration Date of Birth

At registration, you provide your date of birth. The system performs an automatic age check. Any applicant below the minimum age threshold is declined at this stage with no Account created.

02
KYC Document Submission

Before your first withdrawal — and sometimes before your first deposit — you will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID confirming your name and date of birth. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.

03
Verification Review

Our KYC team reviews submitted documents. Accounts are placed on a restricted status during the review period — deposits may be accepted but withdrawals are held until verification is confirmed. Unverified Accounts that do not complete KYC within the required period may be closed.

04
Ongoing Monitoring

Age verification is not a one-time event. pk70 may request updated documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, particularly if account behaviour or transaction patterns raise questions. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling rarely announces itself clearly. It develops gradually, often disguised as bad luck or a temporary rough patch. The signs below are internationally recognised indicators that gambling may be moving from entertainment into harmful territory. If you recognise several of these in your own behaviour — or in someone close to you — please take action. Using the tools on this page is a good first step. Seeking external support is even better.

Spending more time or money gambling than you originally intended

Gambling to recover money lost in a previous session ("chasing losses")

Feeling restless, anxious or irritable when you are not gambling

Lying to family members or friends about how much you gamble or how much you have lost

Borrowing money, selling possessions or falling behind on bills to fund gambling

Gambling interfering with work, studies or important responsibilities

Withdrawing from friends, family or social activities because of gambling

Feeling that gambling is the only way to feel excitement or to escape problems

Unsuccessful attempts to reduce or stop gambling despite wanting to

Needing to gamble with increasingly large amounts to feel the same level of excitement

Feeling depressed, guilty or hopeless about your gambling behaviour after a session

Using gambling as a primary way to deal with stress, boredom or difficult emotions

Recognise yourself in several of the above?

Please take a break now. Use the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools in your Account settings, or contact our support team at [email protected] immediately. You are not alone — problem gambling is recognised internationally as a health condition, not a personal failing. Help is available.

Quick Self-Check Questions

The questions on the right are adapted from internationally recognised problem gambling screening tools. They are not a clinical diagnostic — they are a prompt for honest self-reflection. If you answer "yes" to three or more of them, we strongly encourage you to consider using our responsible gambling tools, taking a break, or reaching out to a support organisation.

This assessment is for your own use only. pk70 does not collect or record your answers. There is no right or wrong way to fill it in — just an honest one.

Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar can access support in English and Urdu through our support team around the clock. You do not need to be in a crisis to ask for help.

What pk70 Pledges on Responsible Gambling

No Marketing to Vulnerable Players

pk70 does not send promotional communications to players who are currently under a self-exclusion, on a cooling-off period or who have been flagged by our responsible gambling monitoring system as showing indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

No False Promise of Winnings

pk70 does not use marketing language that implies guaranteed wins, easy money or a reliable income from gambling. All promotional content is reviewed for compliance with responsible gambling communication standards before publication.

Transparent Odds and RTP

Return-to-Player percentages are displayed for all casino and slot games. Sports betting odds reflect the true probability as assessed at the time of market creation. We do not obscure or misrepresent the mathematical edge in any product.

Behavioural Monitoring

Our platform monitors account activity for patterns associated with problem gambling — such as chasing losses, rapidly escalating stakes or extended unbroken sessions. Where these patterns are identified, our team may reach out proactively.

Immediate Self-Exclusion Enforcement

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately — not at the end of a current session, not the following day. The moment a self-exclusion request is submitted and confirmed, the Account is closed to deposits and wagering with no exceptions.

24/7 Responsible Gambling Support

Our support team is trained in responsible gambling conversations. Whether you want to set a limit, request a cooling-off period, discuss your account activity or simply talk through concerns, support is available around the clock in English and Urdu.

Set Your Limits Before You Play

The most effective responsible gambling practice is setting deposit and loss limits before your first session — not after things go wrong. Review our FAQ for common questions about how these tools work.
