6.2 Payment Service Providers

Transaction data (including masked payment identifiers and transaction amounts) is shared with payment service providers for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals. Where payment channel names familiar to Pakistani users — such as those used for digital wallet or bank transfer transactions — appear in any payment flow, the data sharing with those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. pk70 does not claim that any payment provider endorses gambling activity.

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping obligations.
• KYC & Verification Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, as required under applicable AML regulations.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of each transaction.
• Communications & Support Records: Retained for a maximum of three (3) years following the close of each support interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes.

pk70 operates internationally and may transfer your Personal Data to, or process it in, countries other than Pakistan. These may include countries whose data protection laws differ from those in Pakistan or your country of residence.

Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, pk70 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as contractual protections in the form of standard data protection clauses, or transfer to recipients in jurisdictions that maintain an adequate level of personal data protection — to protect your data throughout the transfer and in its destination location.

By using pk70, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan in accordance with the safeguards described in this Policy.

Subject to applicable law and any legal obligations that may limit or override individual rights (such as AML record-keeping requirements), you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Data held by pk70:

• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you, together with information about how it is being used.
• Right to Rectification: You may request that inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data be corrected or completed without undue delay.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your Personal Data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other legal basis applies), or where processing is otherwise unlawful. Note that regulatory retention obligations may prevent full erasure in some cases.

pk70 is strictly an adults-only platform. The Site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from, any person under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction or the conditions of the Platform's operating licence.

If we become aware that Personal Data has been submitted by or on behalf of a person below the applicable minimum age, we will delete that data immediately, close the associated Account, and forfeit any balances held in that Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site following the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of and agreement to the updated terms.
